Ah the lovely Jamie... finds us already in our focus today :)

Each week, Jamie Ridler of Jamie Ridler Studios prompts us to Wish with our souls.  This week she asks:

What do you wish to focus on?

Truly, I should be focusing on my desk-work, but can I tell you how just not into that I am?  Sha.

So, today, after a solid week of it, I will *OFFICIALLY* state my focus is currently Consciousness.  Consciousness about the food I put in my body, the words I use, the money I spend, the thoughts that meander through my head.

Since I began focusing on my 'calorie counting' last week I have lost 1 pound and saved probably $50.  Today a co-worker said, 'you really are focused' after a discussion about calorie counting.  I realized that it wasn't that I didn't have anything to contribute to Wishcasting this week, it was just that I had started a week ahead.  May I tell you how incredible it feels this focus thing?  Simply astounding is the feeling.

It's beautiful, odd and just like a V8, I totally want to smack my head for not addressing the situation sooner, but there is a Molly Whopper trickle down effect when one applies focus to any area of one's life.  So here's to focus, on any level, just so long as it's there.
