Wishcasting Wednesday, September 22, 2010 - What do you wish for an abundance of?

There's a soft, gentleness settling over my life currently.  I don't think I am alone in this feeling.  At first when I read Jamie's prompt "What do you wish for an abundance of?" my brain shouted "Common Sense!"  So, probably yes, I could use a good dose of that.  But even as I pulled cards for myself this morning, meditated, created morning pages... I realized that Compassion is a necessary abundance in my life currently...

Wednesday Morning Page 2 - BIG Fearless Painting
I want to blog, write, dance, paint and in general expunge words, thoughts and feelings from my mind and body... but until then, I'll have compassion for myself at this exact moment, with a side-helpin' of common sense. ;-)

Compassion and common sense! Great ideas--I think I'll serve some of those up for myself, too. ;)

As Shamsi wishes for herself, so I wish for her as well.

Yes, please be compassionate with yourself--if you aren't, it will be hard for others to start!

As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well.

Why does it always seem to be so much easier to be compassionate towards others than it is to show compassion for ourselves?

As Shamsi wishes for herself, so I sincerely wish for her as well.

May we all be blessed with an abundance of compassion and common sense.
